Meditation helps to 'Recharge your batteries'. Helps reduce stress levels. Meditation clears the mind. You will become calmer, less irritable etc. Everyone's experiences with meditation are going to be different.
When I meditate/relax I see: Flashing colours, a tiny red light flashing, silhouettes of people & places, abstract silhouettes, get tingles in hands & legs etc......
